Course Description:
Although REALTORS® are not responsible for obtaining financing for their buyers, it's imperative they understand what financing options are available for their clients. Finding the right financing fit could greatly impact the type of property the buyer can purchase. In this course attendees will learn the fundamentals of financing, review different types of loans, such as FHA and VA loans, and discussing key questions to ask the buyer through the purchasing process to ensure their clients financing stays secure.

Learning Objectives: By the end of this session, participants will:
Explore an overview of mortgage options, FHA loans, VA loans, first time home buyers, down payment assistance programs and calculating closing costs.
Discuss thoughtful questions to ask home buyers when it comes to lender estimate/pre-approvals, loan estimates and closing disclosures.
Learn tips to ensure your clients loan is process and approved with as few obstacles as possible.
